ADAC’s Executive Director invited to speak at the 7th IDA Symposium July 18-20, 2017
The 7th Symposium on the Impacts of an Ice-Diminished Arctic on Naval and Maritime Operations (IDA) will take place at the U.S. Navy Memorial in Washington, DC July 18- 20. ADAC’s Executive Director Randy “Church” Kee has been invited to speak at the symposium, which is co-hosted by the U.S. National Ice Center and the U.S. Arctic Research Commission.

Three ADAC Fellows invited to complete summer internships at the Maritime Security Center (MSC) in Hoboken, New Jersey
ADAC Fellows Matthew Ahlrichs, Kyle Alvarado, and James Matthews from the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) are completing their summer internships at the Maritime Security Center hosted by the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. While at MSC, the fellows will get to conduct hands-on research experiments in labs as well out on the water in the surrounding areas. We look forward to learning more about their experience in the fall!
